TATTOO PREPARATION 

Getting a tattoo is a mutual effort and understanding from both the client and artist involved, please remember the following:

  • A valid form of identification (Driver's License, Passport, State issued ID) 

*** We DO NOT accept birth certificates or student ID ***

You are a MINIMUM of 18 years old.

  • Please ensure you have slept well, eaten a full meal and are hydrated before your appointment 

(Snacks and water for your appointment are always welcomed and recommended)


Wear clothes that are comfortable and you DO NOT mind possibly getting ink on, also be mindful of clothing to ensure your artist can reach your tattoo's placement.

  • Please arrive with good hygienic practice.

Aftercare

General Aftercare

  • Wash your hands with soap and water before touching your tattoo

  • Using ONLY your fingers gently wash TWICE a day with warm water and unscented antibacterial soap

  • Pat dry with a clean paper towel or allow to air dry

  • Once dry, apply a THIN layer of white unscented moisturizer

  • Apply this moisturizer as needed, do not allow the tattoo to dry out

  • DO NOT pick, itch, scratch, or peel off any skin. 

  • Allow skin to naturally fall off as trying to assist can damage your tattoo

Second Skin Aftercare

  • Keep second skin on your new tattoo for 24 to 72 hours

  • If plasma is leaking, or irritation occurs remove your second skin right away

  • Plasma, blood, and ink under your bandage is normal

  • To remove, find an edge on the bottom and slowly pull down under running warm water (Same way you pull off a command strip)

  • Refer back to general aftercare once bandage is removed

Bandage Aftercare

  • Leave covering on for 1 to 4 hours

  • Dispose of bandage in a bio hazard safe container

  • Refer back to general aftercare
